Rhiss Hotel Maltepe - Kinaliada (Marmara)

The hotel is conveniently located with good prices. the staff, although lacking in English, are friendly and willing to negotiate prices. the rooms have some issues, such as problems with the toilet and air conditioning, as well as occasional WiFi disconnections. the hotel offers a jacuzzi bath and a minibar.

The staff's lack of English language skills may lead to misunderstandings.

not close to airport and far from attraction. Cost around TRY 43 to get to the hotel from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. The area around is residential area.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. Leak in bathroom which although reported was never fixed over 3 days. Alos on final morning there was no hot water and no explanation was forthcoming.

The staff were pleasant, extremely helpful and efficient. The bedrooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are spectacular.

The Hotel is new and there is still work being done.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and welcoming. They made an effort to make us feel comfortable during our stay. the hotel had a great location. It was centrally located and close to many attractions, making it easy for us to get around and explore the city. Lastly, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi. It was convenient to have access to the internet during our stay.

To our experience at this hotel. the staff lacked basic English language skills, which made communication difficult at times.

Really clean and nice rooms. Good furniture, nice view from the window.Not bad location.

9.15 practically no breakfast left, no refill. Just some tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese. Most of the plates just empty. This is not what I expect from a hotel.

The room was clean and confortable.

The reception team was not professional and not particularly kind. I paid in advance, but during check out one of the three guys at the reception said that they have not got the money. Then, just before I got annoyed, one of the other guys told him that he was wrong. Moreover, during check-in (at 21.30) I asked for the invoice, to be collected the following morning. With my big surprise and disappointment, a boy talking only turkish rang at my door at 22.30 waking us up, with the invoice.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. Very good hotel for the price but I had choose this hotel to spend one night near the Sabiha Gokcen airport. They said on the web site that this hotel is at 13.7 km of the airport but it is at 35 kms. 20 minutes of taxi and 100 try to go and come back to the airport. That increase the hotel's price. Nice view from the 10 th floor (breakfast room) to Marmara Sea and the Prince's Islands. Tres bon hotel et tres bon rapport qualite/prix mais j'avais choisi cet hotel pour sa proximite avec l'aeroport Sabiha Gokcen. Sur le site web, ils annoncent 13,7 kms de distance antre l'hotel et l'aeroport. En realite, il y a 35 kms et 20 minutes de taxi soit 100 try pour y aller et revenir. Cela augmente le prix de la chambre. La vue est magnifique depuis le 10 eme etage (etage du petit dejeuner) car donnant sur la Mer de Marmara et sur les Iles du Prince.

The team of the hotel was really friendly

The location is great and the prices are really affordable. Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. the view from the room was awesome. the hotel had many facilities that were extremely convenient. the breakfast was tasty and delicious so you could start your day in a perfect way. the housekeeping was done nicely.

The hotel management should be improved. Communication was not always easy because their English was not very good.

The morning staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and large and the price was a good value.
